We tried three different couples therapists and all that and she just simply fell out of love after the last of our kids went to school full time.

Our state is an equitable distribution state, but I am suggesting we make it a clean 50/50 split without alimony (fairly good sized estate to split), and we are in the early stages with a mediator.

Has anybody else gone this route successfully?

Two person (couple) mediation team, and neither is a lawyer. They said we would have to get a paralegal to do the filing.
