Long story short my brother moved in with me 2 months ago after mutually deciding with his wife that they would be pursuing a divorce.

He works nights at General Motors and then watches the children at his old house (rented) while his to be ex-wife is working.

I am convinced that he needs to consult a lawyer (I offered to pay for this) in order to figure out what to expect and anything he can do to help protect himself financially and legally.
