She basically treats me nicely to my face unless a certain guy X is in the room.

When he is present, she feels entitled to comment about me or talk about me like if Im not there, and sometimes even when he is not around, like telling other women how to treat me... that bitch...

I realized she started doing this because that's what guy X likes doing, so she started emulating him.

Yesterday, after a similar event took place, I exposed a big mistake she made on her job and my bosses came down on her strong. I was smart and remained anonymous, and she was clearly unsettled and had no idea what was going on, but I felt good... she is in probation now and want to get rid of her for gossiping and playng stupid games in the job.

How do you guys deal with women who try to disrespect you in the workplace where you cant just ignore them?
