Caution: Sort of long
What would you do if you woke up right now after you’ve been asleep for about 3 years? Because that is exactly the situation I am in right now. I from depression (mum died in 2012) and a severe case of oneitis. I sort of lost grip of my studies and life in general, but after dealing with most of the issues I had I feel ready to start living again. The only problem: My life is literally empty. 2 years ago, I spent my days sleeping, crying, masturbating, occasionally studying and watching netflix. Now I am ready to go, I read most of the relevant redpill content but I am still unable to plan what I actually need to do. I really don’t know how to get what I want from live. And this is the reason I come to you guys: To help me with first steps.
Background information:
-Turning 24 soon. Living at my own place in a big city in Germany.
-About to finish my bachelors degree in mech. engineering. Most likely I will continue with a masters degree in mech. engineering (or some sort of specialization). Average to good grades. I think that if I can get my life in order I could do very well with a reasonable amount of work.
-6ft3/190lbs (1,91m/87kg), I’d reckon I am slightly above 20 % body fat, slightly worse than average face (acne scars, slightly receding hairline).
-My family is wealthy-ish, so money is not a problem right now.
-I have been lifting on and off for about three years, but I always suffered from chronic lower back pain which gets worse after deadlifting and squatting, so I’ve been very restricted in terms of working out until this day.
-I haven’t had sex yet. Maybe about 3-5 „dates“ in my entire life.
-As I said, currently no other activities than my studies. My days are literally empty. I am a ghost in my own city. Former interests include music (singing, playing the guitar), sailing and skiing, and, don’t laugh, equestrian.
Now for the Questions:
-What should be my first steps? Fixing my back and pick up a proper workout routine? Who can help me with that?
-Where do I meet „good“ male friends that actually add value to my life?
-Same goes for women: Where does a guy like me (who doesn’t deal with a lot of girls at university) meet girls?
-What activities (hobbies, part-time jobs,…) would you recommend for me to learn to deal with people?
Thanks in advance
