Went on a gym/lunch date with a girl (first date) and it went well. I noticed her pupils were dilated and she was engaged/slightly touchy throughout. We talked for a long while. On the walk back to the parking lot, we just organically held hands, was nice and she seemed happy. Out of nowhere she went for a kiss at the end. As a newb and just overall it caught me off guard as fuck.

I awkwardly turned it into a hug, but I feel like I saved face. I said in her ear, "just kidding, I'll kiss you". Then got close to her face, and said "let's go to the right" kind of playfully. She was smiling. We kissed (my first ever). We kissed a couple of times, maybe 5 times (is this a good sign that I didn't fuck up too bad, and she liked it, or is this standard procedure?). Told her I will see her on Tuesday in our class, don't want to be too needy pushing for another date or something.

Overall, did I fuck up really bad? If she went for multiple short kisses, is this a good sign that the first one wasn't utter shit? At the very least, this demystified kissing for me. It kind of came naturally.
