OK!

First of all, English isn't my first language. So sorry for the broken English.

I've FUCKED UP - Royally! I wasn't Machiavellistic, and I totally fucked up by trying to be real, earnest and honest. I am a fucking loser.

I am graduating in MAY/JUNE, and I have already got the DREAM job through sheer luck! I'm working in one of my countries TOP law firms as a criminal defense lawyer, with an amazing team around me. Absolutely my dream job, and life.

HOWEVER,

My principal/direct boss and me are developing a conflinct.

So, I have been -too eager-, been -too critical-, have problems with my ego/taking criticism.

I had a meeting with this principal and the boss in the office, and he said he has the same problem - but he cannot accept me being in the firm anymore, if my direct superior doesnt like me or cant handle me anymore.

She's a fucking woman that's 10 years older than me. Sometimes she puts me in logicially impossible situations in regards to clients, which I then have to ask her what she means, or what I should do, or I make my own suggestions - she will then either say I am being "too pushy/annoying/taking up time", or being "argumentative". But for fuck sake I am only caring and genuiney trying to learn/be efficient.

She's put me in situations where the time limit is totally unreasoable / time limit WHILE in a logically impossible situation where only she will have an answer.

SO WHAT the FUCK do I do in regards to stroking her ego/getting back on her good side?

This is so incredibly fucking important that I cannot overstate it. This is a maniplative sociopathic lawyer bitch being threatned by a younger, genuinely nice person. I mean fuck. I've been very naive, though.

So.. what tactics shall I employ? Will she find me fake and disgusting if I suck up too much? Be too friendly, be too "kind"? Should I be more as a robot? Learn to shut my fucking mouth more?

I need your help people!

In MAY/JUNE I am 100% safe where I pass my bar and get my own official title, as of now I am working UNDER HER. at HER MERCY! The upper boss ISNT WILLING to APPEASE/HELP me if it will CAUSE PROBLEMS with HER because at this moment SHE is bringing in money. HELP!

TLDR. Need help with tactics in how to subdue/get through barrier.
