This is so ridiculous when you consider that dog owners are fined the same amount if they take out their dog without also carrying a plastic bag, and not wearing a mask gets you an automatic fine of Euro 300.

This is in contrast to a man who was caught cultivating a couple of marijuana plants in his home and got a TEN YEAR prison term.
