I just had a major fight with my (now ex) girlfriend who borrowed my brand new Apple Watch and 2 hoodies valued $650 each and is now refusing to return them to me. I have now filed a police report against her. However, about a month and a bit ago, we had sex 2 times whilst drunk. Both these times I was the one who was hesitant to do anything more than kissing, but she kept pressuring me into saying yes and eventually she persuaded me into saying yes. She has now told me in person that she will take police action against me for rape if I allow the police to start a formal investigation. I realize that I'm pretty fucked though since a woman can just say "he raped me" about a random man and society needs no more evidence to judge him and ruin his life. I want to know how I can prevent this from happening to me.
