Hints no longer work. Dressing sexy and being flirtatious is meaningless. We all know that women do those things purely for their own sake, and definitely not for the benefit of men. These days, sensible men need to be sure, before they risk a move. For fucks sake, we're literally at a point where looking at a woman "wrong" can get you fired and blacklisted in your profession, or kicked out of college or anywhere else.

My best tip for these women: Ask him out. If you must be old-fashioned, give him a written, signed, and notarized permission to ask you for a date. If he says 'no' or still doesn't ask you, he simply doesn't like you. That sucks, but is survivable. Men have dealt with rejection for millennia, and we're still around. We didn't become hesitant until rejection became potentially life destroying.
