Then she’ll come out of prison get a job easily and maybe post about what she did on social media making the nephews life harder as people in his personal life find out and then some of the family let’s her back in until she’s eventually at the family get together and the nephew becomes an out cast because he can’t “forgive” or somethings like that

Well at least at age 10 I don't think he'd be capable of creating sperm yet...
But imagine if she got pregnant from raping him:

She would be released early from prison
The nephew she raped would be on the hook for child support once he turns 18.

The sentence is not long enough as its quite clear a if a man raped his 10 year old niece he'd get a MUCH longer sentence..
But the fact that she was found guilty AND sentenced is at least a start...
