Tell her that most of the men suffer from these issues because of Feminist. A woman makes an accusation on the internet and there is an army of them against the guy. They have portrayed a picture that women are so victimised and have gotten so many unjust laws. The whole family court is gynocentric. They want equity in desk jobs which is making hard for qualified men to get them. They have more scholarship even though a lot of men need them . Whenever we talk about these issues Feminist deny them call them male tears. They would scream patriarchy at everything

I think you are looking wrong at the whole picture. There is no competition here and you don't owe anyone anything as a counter argument if they make it a competition. We should focus on our problems and how to resolve them.

The best response I have is to bring up Toxic Masculinity and how it apparently oppresses men and makes it "unmanly" to cry or show emotion..
Then point out that these same feminists talking about toxic masculinity also make comments like "Yummy man tears" or "Poor wittle fragile snowflake" when men DO open up / express their emotions..

Then ask her to justify the mixed messages being sent by feminists and how it doesn't affect men's mental health..

There are so many mens issues where the solution would take nothing away from women at all.

Men are overincarcerated, the solution is not to put more women in jail but to put less men in jail.

Men's genitals are routinely mutilated in the US, making doctors billions a year. The solution isn't to legalize female genital mutilation, but to make male genital mutilation illegal.

Men are required to sign up for the draft, and put their bodies into the corporate war machine when called. The solution isn't to draft everyone, but to end the draft for men too.

(Although if we are going to have to have a draft because of an all out war, and women are considered fully capable to fill combat roles (as they are today), then there is no justification for unequal application.)

Etc.

There are however some issues that are zero sum. Women getting more college spots than men, women getting parental rights by default over men, affirmative action in the workplace in hiring and promoting. When talking about those issues the focus should probably be on the men being disadvantaged, not that women have it better. The hardcore radical feminist will still likely then turn it into a contest between men and women. Because talking about how men are disadvantaged naturally threatens their advantages in a zero sum situation.
