High school girls admitted to targeting and falsely accusing a boy of sexual assault because they 'just don't like him'. Boy was fired from his job, forced to serve time in a juvenile detention facility, is now home-schooled and suffers psychological trauma. School officials just didn’t care.

I’d say if she had visible injuries from the alleged assault that would be pretty good evidence.

However I’ve also seen on COPS women who were clearly lying about being attacked by their male partners and were in fact the only aggressors but the cops still arrested the men because a woman scorned told them to. I mean like I can recall at least two incidents from that show where cops were called to a domestic disturbance, the woman claimed to have been attacked but didn’t have any marks, she kept changing her story because it was obviously embellished (an actual crime), the man was the only one who had any injuries—and I hardly ever even watched the show. (I just happened to be in the room while my boyfriend was watching it.)

In one I remember the male partner had bleeding scratch marks and the woman even freely admitted to trying to scratch out his eyes (another actual crime), and the man was arrested essentially for the crime of coming home drunk and incurring her wrath by being loud or something, and as he was being put in the back of the car the cops asked if he understood why he was being arrested and he said, “Yeah, because I’m a dude,” and they had no response to that because they knew it was true.

That’s effectively the law under many states’ VAWA law which define the primary aggressor as the bigger and stronger partner regardless of other details including the apparently minor question of whether he (usually he) was actually an aggressor at all, or even defended himself from her aggression (or at least that’s how most cops always interpret the law).

So I wouldn’t be surprised if she didn’t have any of the marks that being strangled and head-butted would undoubtedly leave, and everyone just acted blind to the fact because vagina. It’s practically legal for women to assault and murder their male partners except (sometimes) in the most egregious circumstances, and even then they get off light. Just look at the last Dateline episode about Aisling Tucker Moore-Reed.

EDIT: Tucker killed her uncle, not partner. But the principle is still the same. Also she got, iirc, her mom AND grandma to lie to detectives and slander their own dead brother and son (respectively) claiming that they’re glad she killed him so he couldn’t “terrorize” them anymore when the motive was clearly financial and everyone else said he had been a wonderful human being.

I’m confused about what is bothering you? If he was an abuser, sometimes these things happen.
