[Money] I have some lands, what can I do beside sell them?

Some of this depends on where you are....but potential options are:

-Small development - housing or commercial development.

-Outdoor recreation - outdoor gym, or buy some horses, cut some trails, and charge people to ride them, offer lessons, etc. - there are endless outdoor recreation opportunities. Hell I've seen one where they used llama's instead of horses. If there is water (river/lake) with fish - fishing is an option. Or if you feel like dealing with real liability - water sports with either man-made or natural water features.

-Shooting range if guns are a thing. 2 sq.km. works out to about 1400x1400 m. I know it's likely not a perfect square - but places where people can shoot long distances up to 1000 m are rare, add in some shorter rifle and pistol ranges, and if you're in the right country (USA - we love our guns!), you can make good money.

-Multiple agricultural use options. If you don't know what you're doing, find the closest agriculturally focused university, some professor can guide his students to make it work, they get to do their academic thing, and you can make money if it's properly managed.

-Hunting club - again, gotta be in the right location, but where I am, people lease large land tracts to hunting clubs and make money. The hunters actually manage and care for the land rather well.

-A final option - save it and just leave it as is. Unspoiled land has a value all of it's own. You're young. Develop your inner entrepreneur, build yourself into a big success, then have a real nice home built on the land and turn it into your family estate. It then becomes part of a legacy to pass on to your kids. I have a dream like this myself - and be able to sit there and say "Smithers, release the hounds!", and having my doberman's go chasing people away when I've had enough of them!

Offer it as a community garden.

Rent a tractor and plow. Set it up with climbers and maybe water and charge a yearly fee for use per person, per row.

If I had land and a lot of horny low SMV dudes in the area, I would build a kick ass outdoor gym and charge membership fees.

All you need is cement, wood beams and metal poles and some elbow grease. Depending on your area, you could be bringing in quite a lot of bank during better weather.

And if you get fit and ripped at it yourself, you can actually charge dudes for personal training, diet advice, etc.

I had a piece of land 15 years ago I bought as an investment that never panned out, sold it at a loss, and regret it a bit today because it's in a popular area now just waiting for an outdoor gym.
