My country provides free optional HPV vaccination for secondary school girls only. Aside from oral cancer, HPV also causes genital warts, anal and penile cancer. IIRC, recent studies also indicated correlations of HPV with prostate and colorectal cancer.

Huh. My state added Gardasil to the standard/required-for-public-school vaccine schedule for boys and girls when they reach 6th grade. I think the guidance has changed a lot since it first came out, I believe they used to think that it wasn't necessary/effective for guys.
