A little back ground. Our daughter is almost two years old and we have never been legally together. I am currently in the service and am home two to three times a year for a few weeks at a time. My daughters mother is very spiteful and uncooperative with me. When problems arise and I try to communicate and talk it out she just shuts me out. We have recently agreed to overnights and she has redacted on their promise. I have a clean record and flawless military service. She has had some minor problems in the past along with a stint in rehab for past use. What can I do?
