If you tried to get back into the conversation and failed, and didn't want to stand around like a goof - excuse yourself, like you did, either to get a drink or go to the bathroom. She can talk to other people it's OK for her to do so, she grabbed your wrist showing she either didn't want you to leave or to show she was with you - both good signs. Now if she kept slipping away to find him, then yes, you need to downgrade or next.

Ok...I have experienced this very same thing. My plate started hanging out and later actually dating 2 friends of mine.

I would flip out at her...once I threatened to end it all but she begged me to stay and we continued banging.

It all came to a boil 6 weeks ago when she acted out and in a text rant devalued me, said all sorts of shitty things. My response was "k"...I haven't spoken to her since.

She's parading these guys in front of me, has tried to piss me off more...but I've hard nexted.

You're where I was around 6 months ago. In retrospect...I should have left the minute I found out she had gone out with one of these two guys.

Secondly, I should have told these guys I was banging her but I didn't because I wanted to keep it on the down-low and because I wanted to avoid the neediness trap.

I feel kind of betrayed by her and them but...I've moved on. Feelings aren't facts.

Face up to your insecurities and end it. By ending it I mean, soft-next her for a while. If she comes back bang her.

But remember, she's acting out because she "feels" like she's not your gf so can act out.

You want to be able to manage these girls: bang who you want but have them loyal to you....that means an abundance mentality.

I'm reading a scarcity mentality in your tone. Work on that. Then if she chats up other guys, you wont' care because you'll have 2 or 3 other hot girls to hang with. If they disappoint you, drop them.

Another option is to always have a strong drink on hand (something 80 proof or higher with nothing mixed and no ice). Also carry cigarettes and a lighter. When a doucher starts giving you shit, pretend you are lighting a cigarette, maybe fake stumble a bit for effect like you are buzzed, and 'spill' the liquor down the front of his pants and in the same motion, ignite the liquor with your lighter (pretending, of course, that you are aiming for the cigarette). While the fucker is standing there with his nuts on fire, just walk away smirking.
