Oh they are beginning to realise that having a fuck ton of disintrested fighting age boys who get systematic shit on by said system and society is a bad thing (who knew). The question now becomes is it enouth or is it to little to late.

Because a large group of socially stunted, publicly scorned, fighting age boys and men, with nothing to lose in a country where a firearms are readily available, is a very dangerous thing to have. And if it isn't adressed soon and thoroughly. School/mass shootings and a coup on the government will become the norm rather than the exception.
