I would say that is definitly pedophilia

A 17yo girl definitly is stronger than a 12yo boy and definitly forced herself on him either by force or manipulation

If the roles were inversed we'd see feminists ranting all over the internet

[–][deleted] 77 points78 points79 points 5 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Just imagine this-

A 12 yo is the youngest mother, Father is a 17 year old boy. Prosecution charged against the girl.

Internet will break. Really, he is just 12. I didn't even know anything about penetration until I was 13.5.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Sounds like how I lost my virginity. I was 12 and my best friend sister was 17.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points9 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

That sounds like rape.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

if I had read it in a news article I would say yes. but because it happened to me the way it did, I did not see it that way not for the longest time and I struggle to see what it was even now.

as for this kid being arrested for what is happening to him is horrible as all get out

[–]Clear_Entrepreneur25 4 points5 points6 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You were raped dude.

17 is considered adult in most states. 12 year olds cannot consent. 17 year olds can.

Our brains aren’t even fully developed until we’re 25. That’s less than half of brain development for you. You were 6 years away from being an adult which was at the time, half your life.

She was 17, perfectly capable of pursuing people who could consent and were her own age. Yet she chose you because you were easy to manipulate (which wasn’t your fault at all)

[–]SuperSupremeKai 74 points75 points76 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Yeah, pretty sure a 17 year old girl has power over a 12 year old boy.

Unless he was on steroids or something...

[–][deleted] 34 points35 points36 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Messed up shit.

[–]Comet_Hero 6 points7 points8 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I was unusually tall at that age, one of my friends back then was unusually tall and strong, involved in several sports and exercised constantly. He could have overpowered a 17 year old girl I'm sure and maybe I could've, but most 12 year olds definitely wouldn't. The age difference between 12 and 17 is very large, and disgusting that this girl abused that to r*pe this kid. She should be in prison.

[–]Cartgr 49 points50 points51 points 5 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

It's technically rape as when you are under 16 you can't consent

[–]JergenMyTergen 32 points33 points34 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

It’s not Technically rape!! It is rape!! 17 yr old Knew what she was doing!! You should post this in r/worldnews to get more attention.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points9 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

World news only accept news that is less than 1 week old.

[–]JergenMyTergen 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well my friend you should post newer stories!! I believe this will solve the conundrum!

[–][deleted] 22 points23 points24 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I'm pretty sure it is 18 in India

[–]Cartgr 14 points15 points16 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Oh

[–]liberty1_1 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Nah , it's 16

[–]pacsatonifil 16 points17 points18 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This makes me so fucking angry. The injustice is so painful

[–]figosnypes 14 points15 points16 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Absolutely sick. India is the worst. They have basically adopted feminazi ideals while at the same time still retaining traditional values which prescribe the "cherishing" of women and especially holding their sexual chastity to be sacred. Of course in reality, feminism is a just reinforcement of these values under the guise of progressivism. Feminists in the West often don't show their true colors because it would alienate them among progressives who actually believe in equality.

Sadly, this isn't too far off though from the West. There is a huge segment of the population here that argues it should be legal for adult women to rape teen boys. These same people want to see a teen boy crucified for any sexual misconduct towards his female peers. Basically teen boys are seen as grown men while even adult women are seen as innocent vulnerable girls.

Because India is a shit-hole?

[–][deleted] 25 points26 points27 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

India is a shit-hole for every rational human being.

[–]donotstealmyidentity 4 points5 points6 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Arre dhekho dhekho r/canconfirmiamindian

[–]Comet_Hero 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

I'm rooting for them anyway. They hate the Chinese government at least as much as we do if not more, they don't hate us. They're trying to put their country first and not be submissive to anybody just like us and tend to have the same enemies.

[+]donotstealmyidentity -8 points-7 points-6 points 5 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

No. It has it's shortcomings but definitely not a shit-hole.

[–]343-guilty-mendicant 3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

No it’s definitely a shit hole

[–]donotstealmyidentity -4 points-3 points-2 points 5 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

[–]donotstealmyidentity -2 points-1 points0 points 5 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

अपने देश को नहीं छोड़ा, अपने पिता को कम से कम छोड़ देना चाहिए था।

[–]343-guilty-mendicant 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

हाँ, उसने बहुत सारी चीजों को पीछे छोड़ दिया लेकिन वे आपकी समझ से परे हैं

[–]donotstealmyidentity -1 points0 points1 point 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

ठीक। अलविदा।

[–]343-guilty-mendicant 3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

हाँ, अगर मैं अपमानजनक होने पर भी बुरा होता तो मैं भी छोड़ देता

[–]Dyspherein 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

What he said

[–]White_Metagross 7 points8 points9 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Because Indian Judges.

[–]msc8088A 8 points9 points10 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

In India, men are guilty, period. Facts don't matter in India.

[–]spaghettbaguett 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It's india- from what I know the villages are hell-holes for women but the cities, and popular areas? hell for men, especially legally.

[–]Gumgumf 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

'what I know'

I live in India, I can say that all of India is a hell hole for men because the laws give women more rights and advantage over men. And laws apply to villages too. So it is illegal if something bad happens to women, but legal if the perpetrator is a women and the victim is a man.

[–]Drakenvan01 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Sounds like a shitty judge and prosecutor or what ever the equivalent is there. Sure having sex with a minor should be condemned but boy was the younger one and hadnt understood the consequences of his actions

[–]TigPlaze 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That's absurd. He's the one who's only 12.

[–]arronbursar 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Because man

[–]BrokenDeity1 -1 points0 points1 point 5 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

More of India's "great" culture to be looked up to.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Still, truth be told, females are used as properties here and they are in more danger. Just saying, I live here. But giving women equal rights doesn't mean to abolish mens rights.

[–]BrokenDeity1 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

They're someone's responsibility. Not property. Trying to treat women like property will get you either ostracized or killed.

The men in India(and ALL traditionalist countries) are slaves stuck with that responsibility.

[–]Gumgumf -1 points0 points1 point 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

blaming India and its culture won't do shit. You can't ignore that it is also happening in the west.

[–]BrokenDeity1 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

True, but I come across a lot of idiots claiming that our dysfunction comes from our "lack of culture".

[–]Gumgumf 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

You are just becoming like them if you are blaming the country's culture. They are idiots. Just saying, the feminist movement is a cancer worldwide and is not related to culture. All men regardless of race, ethnicity or country should come together to counter feminism.

[–]BrokenDeity1 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Feminism is bad, but traditionalism is worse. It's traditionalism and the female pandering nature of it that enables feminism to begin with. Culture is just as much to blame.

Being anti-feminist is not enough. https://youtu.be/LNFkEWZmEr0
