Yep,feminism is desperately needed in india,africa,china,but not america or canada.It’s still needed there,but not to the extent it is right now.

I think you contradicted yourself a little there, you said the US and Canada don't need feminism, but then you said they do, just not to the same extent as those other countries.

Why aren’t they fighting for women’s rights there?

The honest answer is people naturally are more concerned with things that affect them. Your teacher repeatedly singling you out in classes and treating you worse than the other kids is, on a global scale, not even slightly an issue. But you're going to spend more time fighting that than you do starvation in Africa because it affects you more. If asked, you'd almost certainly say starvation is the worse problem, despite it not being where you focus your efforts.
