Apparently doing a podcast is a good way to help your mental state. A friend of mine saw a therapist who suggested she do a podcast. I guess it helps get things off your chest when you're talking to an audience, even if that audience doesn't exist.

Can’t we just acknowledge almost every living soul that has had pain inflicted upon them can use therapy? Like normalize therapy for all

It doesn’t matter what sort of hurt you experienced we all fall short in healing ourselves at times and can often develop unhealthy forms of coping including self destruction and blocking out the perspectives of others

It’s only gotten more affordable with all these subscription services and telemedicine, more people ought to give it a try

It gives you the tools to understand yourself, overcome your personal challenges and grow into the person you want to be and see yourself with compassion and appreciation instead of self loathing

IDK why I’d rather have suffered for a decade before trying it out
