You people would have already known Brenda Spencer, the 16 year old who killed 2 injured 9, spared the death sentence because of her ‘young age’, and given 25 years instead. Well I did some looking around and apparently a boy, 13 year old Nathaniel Brazill, killed 1 injured 0, 28 years sentence. When has 2 Kills 9 injured given someone a shorter sentence than 1 Kill. Comparing the death numbers sounds a bit sadistic right? What about their ages? When has a younger person who committed a less serious (still serious, just less) crime gotten a longer sentence than a person who is not only older, but committed a much more serious crime?
