In my case it was my maternal grandmother. My parents weren't asked. My father and younger brother are intact.

I understand my father beat the living daylights out of my grandfather when I was a week old. I don't know why but I have my suspicions.

Mother will always say it was the decision of the father even if they made the decision or supported the decision.

For circumcisions performed at birth - 100%.

Here is a parental consent form for the operation- notice there is only one signature required.
