How do I best introduce my gf to RPW?

First of all the "you should cook as well" comment is nonsense. You are both functioning adults (presumably), and you prepared your own meals prior to meeting her. When a woman lobs a comment like that at their SO, it's because they are feeling insecure and defensive. It's not about your ability to cook - it's about her unwillingness (and reluctance) to understand what cooking for you represents.

My SO is the better cook, and it's something that I have been working to change. He could easily whip up whatever he wanted to eat, but he enjoys it when I make food for him. He offers to cook sometimes, not because I pestered and nagged him into doing so - but because he appreciates everything I've done and he wants me to sit back and relax. I'm not a natural in the kitchen, but I consistently go outside of my comfort zone because I love my SO and I want him to relax when we get to spend a few days together on the the weekend.

If she doesn't relish giving to you and making you happy, then it's because she doesn't understand (or appreciate) all the things you do for her. Women usually take emotional solace, physical comfort, commitment, financial investment, etc for granted. Women fail to acknowledge all the things men do for them and give them in relationships.

While I think it's wonderful that you want to introduce your girlfriend to RPW, understand that the lion's share responsibility falls on your shoulders. You have to be a good leader. Inspire and demand her respect. If you don't already read TRP, I encourage you to go over there and ask for advice, or speak to my SO OccamsUsername. Be sure to read his LTR Game series as well.

When a woman first discovers the RPW sub, her reaction to it falls somewhere on a spectrum that ranges anywhere from relief, curiosity, or repulsion. Some women react poorly to being told that they have faults, which is unfortunate. If she has a tendency to take things personally, and doesn't approach personal criticisms with a logical mindset, then she may have a hard time with this sub initially.

Everyone can improve themselves, everyone has flaws. Telling people to work on their weaknesses and to stop making excuses isn't always an easy thing to hear. She may resist, and that's all right.

If you're with a woman that refuses to change, doesn't understand why it's important to show affection to her SO, and actively challenges you on different matters - you have to ask yourself how much you're willing to put up with. You should not have to convince her to give. Performing certain duties for your partner in turn should inspire them to react in kind. Right now it's very possible that she simply doesn't recognize and appreciate all the things you do for her.

Give her a link to this sub, but be prepared for a strong reaction. Know your limits and be willing to walk away if your girlfriend doesn't recognize your value.

I have an idea.

Find a RPW topic that you think is the best at approaching the subject, leave the tab open, walk away from the PC and ask her to look up something unrelated for you. In essence, you will set things up and let her discover it on her own. Women love that, astrology, destiny, "there are no coincidences" etc..
