This is pure r/ToxicFemininity

It’s funny how feminists for years have been saying “men are toxic, women have higher standards of behaviour as men” (whilst also paradoxically saying we’re equal) but look at this - a woman using her position of power to have her sexual gratifications filled.

As a Floridian, when you see something like this and just keep saying 'Please don't be Florida.'

Anybody know whether she was a criminal, civil, or family court judge?

Whenever I see something really crazy or really stupid first thing I think is Florida

Florida is really on the next level as far as male discrimination, though. Have you heard of the wonderful concentration camp the state ran for almost a century?

https://www.npr.org/2012/10/15/162941770/floridas-dozier-school-for-boys-a-true-horror-story?t=1598991724600

"A lot of orphans were there that did not have places at times and they were sent to Marianna. They weren't there for any crime whatsoever," Cooper says. "But we had many, many boys who was there for smoking in school, that were incorrigible. We weren't bad kids. We might have needed help in some respect. But that wasn't the place to find it, I'll tell you that right now."

...

"The first blow lifted me a foot and a half off that bed," Cooper recalls. "And every time that strap would come down, you could hear the shuffle on the concrete because their shoes would slide. And you could hear the shoosh, shoosh, bam."

Cooper passed out, but a boy in the next room later told him he counted 135 lashes.

They've exhumed many bodies, and suspect there are many more. The state has repeatedly denied compensation to the boys that were abused, and they just keep finding bodies there:

Most of the people I know there are aware of the states rep, and are jaded enough about it they just laugh at a lot of the stories. But most still wince at this one.

I read somewhere that Florida has a law that requires court records be made freely available to the public, or something along those lines. So, it's not that Florida has more crazy than other places, it's that we get to hear WAY more stories from Florida than anywhere else.

I think it's time to create a new sub - r/Floridawoman. You know, for gender equality and all... Or in this case r/Kentuckywoman?

Family Court.

"removed from the bench" it's a start but she deserves jail time. A lady literally in a position of power over people's lives doing gross abuse of power needs much more than being removed from her job.
