She is in a position of power over this child they did not have sex she raped him. Why is this so hard for the press to say? Rape is about power not genitals, no consent due to age makes sex rape. If a man groomed a 6 year old female and had sexual acts with her for 2 years it would be a 25 year rape sentence or the gallows. What the fuck is wrong with these judges??

The crime needs to be presented as its raw elements. A boy who society says cannot see movies with an ass of either sex visable in it, doesn't have the maturity to understand the ramifications of sex. A woman who by law is a full adult is able to use her advanced knowledge to arrange for access to the boy and is able to manipulate him to hide the encounter for a significant time before discovery and this crime amounts to a sentence of less then some get for the purchase of a medicinal plant.
Now make this about a 23 year old guy befriending a 8 year old girl and gradually advance her trust to the point the child willingly undressed and engaged in sexual acts which are taught as she has no prior knowledge or experience and does this repeatedly over 2 years? He would disappear from the general public for 10 years minimum.
How is this fair to victims?
