I've had this happen to me, there's an -incredibly- easy fix to this cuntish behaviour.

Pop in some earphones/on some headphones if you don't have any, put on some music, and the leg they're pushing again, start it bouncing in tune to the music.

Keep it up between songs/over different songs.

If the music gets faster, so does your leg, if the music gets slower, so does your leg.

It's amazing how quickly this annoys people, and they'll either move their leg because it's annoying them, or they'll keep their leg stubbornly where it is.

When sitting, my legs are often long enough to hit the floor plus a good couple inches above the chair. It makes it uncomfortable to hold then up for a long period of time. It’s much easier to “let it hang” so to speak.
