Isn't there some sort of Woman Privilege?

Let's say I am a woman. And invited a man/boy to my house to play video games. After he left, I call the police and state that he raped me. The boy/man denies the accusation. At the end of the day, who's more likely to end up in jail? The boy/man, that did nothing wrong but allegedly raped her? Or the woman who falsely accused him of rape? Of course, it's the boy/man. And that gentlemen, is Woman Privilege.
