UNICEF started out as being focussed on children - hence the C in uniCef. But they have changed into focussing on Women as well as children or even to the exclusion of children. And even when they do work for children, boys are often excluded.

Gynocentric bias. Even the left-wing guardian media outlet recognizes that men can get raped in war. And that is on top of the direct combat deaths and injuries, which the UN completely ignored as well.
