So when women mock men for their height that's okay, but when men mock women for their weight it's not, even though you can't control your height but you can control your weight (given that you don't have any health issues that make you gain weight).

They actually do have a surgery for it. It's extremely painful and requires breaking both your legs to do and massive amounts of physical therapy, but it does exist.

Well when you got Co workers complaining about pains in their knees and backs and they are visibly overweight, I can't help reply with eat less and move more. I usually get get 'but it hurts when I use it', people are weird.

People just want convenient, instant results. That's what modern society has wrought. If they dont visibly lose all of their extra weight in one hour of exercising but they're sore for 2 days, why bother right?
