If a woman wants to reproduce, she can generally get a one night stand more easily than a man, and she has full choice to keep it. She can also walk into a sperm bank. And if she is married, well divorce courts favour her so she can walk out with a kid. No risk.
Men though need to find a partner, convince her not to abort the kid, and not to divorce and walk away with it.
A woman who wants to be parent w/o worrying about dealing with a partner - super easy. A man - we don't get that choice
