So he didn't win the money, they settled which means that she paid the fraction of the money he originally wanted and no compensation for the lost time. Probably not even enough to cover the costs of their raising/CS/settlement money.

How much was spent on lawyers? Will the rest cover his therapy? She should've been jailed as well.

He did not win. He lost. Big time. Lost the children he loved (who no longer talk to him), found out his wife played him the fool throughout the marriage, and gave her $7 mill. He only managed to recoupe $500k. She ended up $6.5 mill, the kids still talk to her, and the baby daddy's life had no repercussions. No, not a win at all.
