But I still contend men don’t have to be afraid. They can still be sexual people. They don’t have to stop mentoring women. They don’t have to be like Mike Pence and have a chaperone at dinner. Just remember why women are working, what they can contribute and don’t be a jerk.

Easy for you to say you old hag. How about you let men decide for themselves what risks they are willing to take? It is their skin in the game, not yours.

It's not that we don't. It's that a lot of women think that if any man tries to be friendly (or even polite) to them, he's trying to sleep with her and thus is sexually harassing her.
