She's not going to get fired. Her screen time will be reduced, and she won't make as much money, that's it. She'll still earn more starring roles and she'll still walk the red carpet like nothing happened.
Why? Because Hollywood is filled with pedophiles, rapists and morally bankrupt people who control the media and will forgive her.
