I worked in a Union environment alongside women for more than 10 years.

Every one of them that had the same qualifications as I did made exactly the same hourly rate. If she had the better qualifications, she made more.

If an equally paid woman worked more OT hours that I did, she made more.

As far as I'm concerned, there's only a gap if you want it to exist.

There is no "gender" wage gap.

There's a "choice" wage gap.
