I find the whole women in STEM and business extremely hypocritical. It’s the apex fallacy, because the majority of people in power are men they attribute said traits to all men. Why don’t they want to make the homeless population 50% why aren’t the falling for women to go and do jobs that cause men to make up 93% of workplace fatalities why aren’t they calling for more female garbage and construction workers? Seems to me like femenism is a female supremacy movement not about equality
