The warning about the disappearance of Karen Espíndola captured the attention of Mexico for hours.
The 30-year-old woman sent a text message to her mother saying she was on her way to meet her on Tuesday night.
He said he took a taxi near the General Anaya metro station, in one of the central road arteries of Mexico City, but almost 30 minutes later he sent an alarming message.
"Mami, this man looks very suspicious and rude," Espíndola wrote, to which his mother replied "Get off, my love, and take another taxi. Send me your location in real time."
The conversation was made known on social networks by Daniel Espíndola, Karen's brother, after the girl did not answer messages or calls . It was unreachable.

The young woman returned home by her own means around 11:00 am on Wednesday, 14 hours after the last message sent to her mother.
