He's allowed to hit on women.

He's not allowed to have sex with them without their consent.

Basically a bunch of women wanted to bully this guy because he's disabled, he's a man, and he's borderline retarded (as a medical term). So they thought they could portray him as a potential rapist and get him put in prison despite him doing nothing wrong (unless you count being a man and being disabled as "doing something wrong").

Instead the courts upheld the law and told them to stop being stupid.

And now feminists are trying to switch this around and pretend it's an example of the patriarchy, like he's been given a license to rape women, which is not what happened.
