This entire case is so sketchy. Prosecutor basically threw everything he had at Turner while using every legal loophole possible to make sure Turner's side of the story was minimized in court, all but ignoring it completely.

The reality is, Miller had an exclusive boyfriend, and was making out and dancing with Turner. She admitted she did not know if she consented. No one knows when Miller passed out, or if Turner knew she was passed out. He never took off his pants. They were also in plain view, not hidden behind a dumpster as the prosecutor suggested.

The only one with his head on straight was the judge, who ended up being another victim of the lynch mob.
