If the courts are willing to keep the identity of a person that falsely accused someone, the court should accept the responsibility to publicise the exhortation of the accused.
If they’re not going to make the women that falsely accused accountable for their actions, they should pay for the damages.
A huge part of the problem is there’s no accountability for unjustly destroying someone’s reputation and life through the lies told.
There’s no deterrent to curb the lying. If you want to hurt someone, and get off scot-free, just falsely accuse them of rape. It’s absolutely a crime without repercussions or consequences.
If the government has some skin in the game, by paying the astronomical cost of trying to restore the damage done, they might think twice about protecting people that are found to have lied.
