Hello my brothers,

It's been awhile since I posted so I figure it's time for a bit of an update I had to take a job that left me out of town 3 weeks out of the month. My ex and I had just settled our parenting order to the point where I had my son three weekends a month and two hour visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

where could slow down and was continuing to slow down in the city where I worked which forced me to take the job which I'm not regretting that calls me out for 21 days on and 7 days off she'd agreed to allow me to have my 6 days a week with him when I was on what is called my turn around.

today I go to pick up my son and she says that I'm a threat to my child safety and that I'm an irresponsible father because of the fact that I've had to leave to go and make money in order to pay for the child support and to make the money needed to pay for all the section 7 costs.

she's accused me of being mentally unstable which I think is really cute she won't specify why we have to go to court on the Tuesday coming up where I'm going to be bringing it to the judges attention that this is not the first time that she's played these games of withholding my child from me.

there's no reason that I shouldn't be allowed to have my son for the six days and I'm off so now because of her worrying about my mental state I haven't been allowed to take my son so not only did I not see him for 21 days but I got to see him for a whole half hour today under her supervision. I would like you all to be aware there's been no action in my past that has prompted this kind of behavior. I have abided by every rule that she is ever laid out in front of me when it comes to our sun because I know if I don't it's going to be nothing but problems.

Does anybody here have experience in Canada dealing with these kind of cases and have any advice they can give it would be greatly appreciated because I'm so frustrated with the way it's going right now that I don't know what to do. I'm not afraid to ask for help
