As I said on another post about this, 9 months (effectively 5) is not enough. She cost the man both his marriage and his job, and if he has children he's now on the hook for child support which he can't even pay with no job. Also now it's going to be more difficult for him to find a job because any time a name or background check is run on him, the fact that he was jailed for sexual assault comes up. It's a permanent stain, impossible to get rid of.
Lock false rape accusers up. I want years, at least five.
