This article talks about how enforcing gendered societal norms can be a bad thing.
It doesnt say that toxic masculinity doesnt exist. Quite the opposite in fact. It says that masculinity itself is not toxic, but the way we express it and enforce it can be.

"Toxic Masculinity" is in fact a feminist slur meant to say "Negative attributes are only found in men, because men are bad". That being said the article is nothing more than feminist nonsense.
