I’ve seen this several times and it’s always funny! He’s right about how to win an argument with your girlfriend, just run out the clock. I did that with my ex. She’d be arguing with me about something as minor as forgetting to clean the baseboards in the house. As long as I ignored the hurtful things she said to me, she would only escalate here insults, until eventually I could prove to her that she’s the abusive one. After all, she brought up my past trauma and my insecurities, whereas I forgot to clean the baseboards. At that point it’s pretty obvious who the good guy is.
