I'll pass. Let me point out as a black nerd who was into comics 20 years ago before comic book movies got popular......There were very very few girls who were into comics. As a result comics had to make things for guys since we were basically the only ones buying them. In the early to mid 2000s we started having all of the original good characters replaced with basically female versions (Thor, X23, chinese female Hulk, black female ironheart, etc.) because writers couldn't come up with good female superheros. These comics for the most part have tanked as a result. Hopefully the movies will do the same. I'm all for women superheroes but make good original ones stop piggy backing off of established characters.

They did this in the actual comics, too.

She has cancer, she weilded Mjolnir, became the God of Thunder, and she had such wonderful lines as 'Take that, you cisgender scum!' The fact she's not Asgardian, but human, and so doesn't have the hyper healing, strength, etc. was just kinda glossed over.

I took a pass on the comics, and I'll take a pass on the movie.

Eh... Unless it severely diverges from the comics I'll take a pass. Jane's Thor was pretty bad imo
