Penn St is horrible for minorities in general, I am Hispanic but used to live near that area. If you aren't the typical German descent white guy, you're SOL in that school. Not even sure how you ended up there, the women there are hideous.

If I was you, I would transfer to Wisconsin, amazing school for brown dudes. I would also consider transferring to Temple if you need to stay in state, Phili girls (though not good looking, face it, Pennsylvania girls in general are ugly) are more open to going for brown dudes of any kind.

Minnesota, Michigan, and Ohio St are great options if you can afford them. A handsome high SMV brown guys can get hot girls in any of those schools.

Just stay away from Indiana and Penn St, those are the two schools loaded with neo nazi frat bros.
