Both women should have been charged with murder. One knew she was pregnant and the other could likely see she was pregnant.

I have read of other cases where a man is running away from the police. The man which has committed a crime accidentally bumps into a pregnant woman while running. Pregnant woman falls and loses her baby. Man is charged for the original offense and for the death of the death.
