Even though men are more likely to be perpetrators of revenge porn, Australian research has found men and women have the same chances of being victims.

I would think that's BS. It's been known for quite sometime in the UK the main perpetrators are women. I doubt it is different in Australia.

There's a ton of crimes that the average person thinks of as being mainly committed against women mainly because it never even occurs to them to ask about the men, and even when they're aware of what's happening to men, it's difficult for them to process that the crime is just as severe as when it occurs to a woman.
