I'm in the UK. Does it make any difference where I buy from re how much money goes back to the makers or ratings?

Amazon over here doesn't seem to stock the Blu ray or DVD. I can import the Blu Ray from Amazon US for ~£30. I can also get it digitally from iTunes or Amazon.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
