Hello everyone. I am using a throwaway in case my cohabiting soon to be Ex gets a hold of my phone.

Currently I am living with her, our 1 year old son and her two children. Recently we have been doing nothing but arguing mostly due to me being currently unemployed and her alcohol and drug abuse. I will add that I am I have had interviews for work that she has not let me go to (by not coming watching the children during my interview times because "you've had interviews previously and haven't been able to seal the deal")

I have found evidence of her being maybe not physically unfaithful but at the very least emotionally. Upon bringing up my findings she says "we are just friends" or "you are just jealous". The facts are every weekend and several days a week for the last 3 months she will go to "Walmart" or simply disappear for 5+ hours then come home drunk at 5 in the morning. Now she is claiming that I do not contribute to the household, (I look after the 3 kids, cook, clean and do all of the housework/yard work) .

Late Friday night she pulled a disappearing act and lied about where she was once I told her I wanted to join her and her "friends for drinks" so I emailed the evidence I have of her inappropriate work relationship to her and her "friend's" managers. I know it was possibly a stupid move but I was emotional and seemed like a good move at the time.

530 am rolls around and I am asleep and feel a knock on my head and hear the remote slam against the wall and batteries go flying. She then gets in my face and wished my dead before hit me in the side of the head and face with her fists. I have the audio of this recorded. Now she is saying I must leave our house (both on the lease) and I will not be allowed to see my son.

I am scared and honestly have no idea what to do. Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
