The problem with these is that accusers have zero accountability for their accusation, incentivizing false accusations. Accusers must be willing to put their name to life-altering accusations.

I'm pretty sure anonymous reporting goes against the principle of due process since keeping the reporter's anonymity throughout the investigation naturally prevents the accused from getting full access to all information the school has to defend themselves with.

Considering the fact that schools have started taking a bit of flak for their failure to follow the principle of due process regarding Title IX as it is, this won't do much beyond add fuel to the fire.
